✿ ORDERING/PAYMENT/CANCELLATION
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
1. Pay as you order (PAYO)
2. Installment (Any of the two)
a. 50-50 --- 50% downpayment; 50% Balance once the item arrives in our PH address
b. 30-20-50 --- 30% downpayment; 20% once the item arrives in our KR address; 50% balance once the item arrives in our PH addressFailing to pay/settle your balance on the due date shall charge you a penalthy fee of PHP 25 per day additional.Cancellation fee of 50% of the item price will be charged to the buyer if he/she decides to cancel the order.
✿ SHIPPING/DELIVERY
NORMAL ETA: 2 weeks - 6 weeks after the box is released from KR warehouse.Kindly patiently wait for the arrival of your orders. Do not harass the seller in any way as courier delivery lead-times are beyond their control.Shipping fees (International and Local) shall be charged to the buyer prior to shipping the orders to their address. Additional packaging will require extra fees and should also be shouldered by the buyer. Note that the default packaging is two layers of bubble wrap.Seller shall not be liable in case of delay/loss of the item due to third party involvement (Korean Supplier/Courier) as this is beyond their control.Shipping courier:

✿ PARCEL
STRICTLY NO REFUND:
An UNBOXING VIDEO is required as proof if there are any damages or returns. NO UNBOXING VIDEO, NO REFUND. The maximum number of days that a customer can return/exchange an item, if there are damages, is 3 BUSINESS DAYS (not including weekends). Damages that are due to production issues from the actual company that manufactured the item is not included in the return/exchange program.
✿ CONSENT
Those who are minors (below the age of 18) must secure parental or guardian consent prior to submission of the order form. It is understood that the minor have secured permission and will not hold The Little Seoul PH for any misunderstanding of the terms and conditions.
